Job Description:

A leading manufacturing company requires an HR executive. Can able to join immediately, with good experience in Payroll and general HR activities as below.-Managing the hiring process of the company, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks,drafting offer letters, and contracts.– Managing the on boarding process for new employees and introduce them to their team leaders/ managers etc.– Maintaining up to date personnel information and files.– Processing monthly payroll– Administrating employee benefits.– Overseeing the employee monthly review process.– Ensuring management actions conform to the employee handbook and labor laws.– Creating Policies and Procedures.– Tracking employee performance documentation.– Addressing employee personnel-related issues.– Taking Disciplinary and termination actions and exit interviews including all related documents.– Manage employee leave and sick leave including all paperwork process and keeping track of employee attendance.RequirementExperience in the same fieldFluent in EnglishCan join immediately
