Job Description:

Description: Hiring a Corporate Revenue Manager/Asst: Manager/Analyst to join its growing team of professionals. This role will provide key revenue accounting leadership to the hotels operated under the Dimora brand and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing. Broadly the role involves: • Implementing the Revenue strategy daily, updating the planning, quoting groups and alerting the hotel GMs, when market deviates from the strategy. • Understanding the overall market, including competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knowing how to sell against them. • In charge of helping the hotels to reach and beat their operational turnover budget. • Creating promotional plans to increase revenue. • Monitoring same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control property occupancy. • Assisting in monitoring group reservation forecast data. • Tracking no-show reservations and processes charges as needed. • Attending Management meetings, revenue analysis & running reports.
