Team attitude a must!Your role in our company includes:Assist and manage the creative development and implementation of client’s promotions and programsAssist in the development of a wide variety of fun & engaging copyCreative input on our web-based gamification systemBeing part of the creative development team for new gamified applications, promotions and campaignsPlay an active creative role in expanding our options of what and where to orderin team lunches.Qualifications:Function well within a team and convert concepts into working campaigns as efficiently as possibleUnderstanding and strong knowledge of Casino Promotions and Special EventsUnderstanding and strong knowledge of Players Club operations and Player Reinvestment strategiesUnderstanding and strong knowledge of Gaming Regulations from at minimum one U.S. jurisdictionUnderstanding and strong knowledge of Guest ServiceSome computer skills and an aptitude to learnMust be extremely detail orientedAbove average writing skillsBe a self-starter and complete projects on timeBe comfortable with taking ownership/responsibility & being held accountableRequirements:At least five (5) years of casino marketing experience in the role of SpecialEvents, Players Club or casino marketing managementMental and Physical Requirements:Must have excellent time management and organizational skillsMust have great attention to detailAbility to demonstrate excellent customer serviceAbility to analyze and interpret departmental needs and resultsAbility to solve complex problemsAbility to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environmentAgile enough to glean systems and program expertise and reapply willingly to new processes and methodologyCopy writing and proofreading experience
