Job Description:
The Account Manager has a challenging hybrid role that requires managing relationships as well as analyzing complex numerical data.The successful candidate will have experience cultivating business relationships, experience with up-selling, a direct approach to problem solving,a straight forward communication style and common sense. The ideal candidate is outgoing and analytical and can build strong relationships and loyaltywith customers and co-workers.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Build and maintain client relationships using a variety of communication methods to ensure long term, successful partnershipsConduct daily analysis of client data along with media spend to help clients meet ROI and other success metricsDevelop and implement new advertising approaches in order to grow client's spend and profitabilityTroubleshoot and resolve in-house and client issues using analysis and creative problems-solving skillsMaintain and develop relationships with in-house sales team in order to ensure growth, develop strong, consistent client communicationREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Must have strong analytical skills-able to interpret complex numerical dataStrong numbers aptitudeExceptional attention to detailAbility to quickly develop a positive report with clients and co-workersAbility to communicate effectively in-person, over the phone and through emailIntermediate level Excel/Word/Outlook skillsSelf -starter; ability to work independently and achieve results
