Job Description:

Looking for a Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to MD.Job Description:• Coordinate all jobs assigned by MD.• Handle diary management of MD and send reminders whenever required.• To arrange for ticket booking, visa arrangement and hotel accommodation for any overseas guests coming to meet the MD.• Composes and distributes meeting notes, correspondence, and reports.• Locates and attaches appropriate file to incoming correspondence requiring reply.• Files correspondence and other records.• Compiles and maintains lists and records of the communications in the respective folder in the computer.• Records and types minutes of meetings as and when required.Requirements:• Smart professional appearance at all times• Knowledge in presentation programs• English Language (Both Written and Verbal)• Attached your Personal CV with Photo when Applying  Salary will be discuss upon Interview.
