Job Description:
A Metal division in a construction company is looking for a Production Supervisor.• He will be responsible to manage workforce on the Metal fabrication floor and the work in progress for multiple projects.• Strong leadership, supervisory skills, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.• Ability to read construction and engineering fabrication drawings.• Strong welding knowledge and application, Mig, Tig and Arc.• Ability to recommend proper procedures for specific jobs and provide guidance to the workforce.• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a Metal Manufacturing field.• Ability to meet challenging deadlines in an efficient and profitable manner.• Maintain an updated tracking schedule of assigned project and prepare reports for material status.
