Job Description:
Currently recruiting for a Lean Transformation Manager for one of the largest banks in the Gulf region. This individual would be responsible for running and ensuring the success of process improvement initiatives within the banking group.Requirements:-Must have a Bachelor's Degree.-Minimum 5 years of experience (ideally in a process improvement environment with at least 3 years in the Banking/FS industry).-Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt experience and technical mastery.-Experience in coaching Six Sigma project from initiation to closure.-Proven experience in applying Lean, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies successfully.
